Standards for Pre-Release Access and Information Use
“Dealers” refers broadly to all authorized dealers, retailers, and resale partners of Retro51.
Purpose: As a valued dealer of Write USA, you have exclusive access to product details and releases from the brands we distribute—often before they’re available to the public. This access is a privilege designed to help you plan for future sales and product launches effectively. To maintain the integrity of our brands and ensure successful rollouts, we ask that all dealers follow the guidelines below.
Confidentiality & Restrictions:
DO NOT PRESALE OR SHARE PRODUCT INFORMATION Authorized dealers and retailers are strictly prohibited from pre-selling or disclosing any information about upcoming products before the official public launch. This includes— but is not limited to—details on features, availability, pricing, or promotional assets.
Exclusive Merchant Access All advance product information is provided exclusively for internal use by authorized dealers. This content is confidential and must NOT be shared with end users, purchasers, customers, third parties, or competitors in any form. The intent of this early access is to allow time for planning and preparation—not to generate pre-launch demand or marketing.
Exceptions may apply only if a product is explicitly marked for Pre-order or similar.
Public Release Timeline Information about new products will be made public only on the official launch date. Merchants will be notified of the release date and time once a new product is ready to be shared. This timeline is non-negotiable, and any communication or sales prior to the public release are strictly prohibited.
Compliance Violations and Actions (Compliance Expectations & Actions):
Restricted Access to Future Releases Failure to adhere to this confidentiality policy may result in restricted access to future product releases. Write USA reserves the right to limit or revoke access to our new products for any dealer, retailer, reseller, etc. found in violation of this policy.
Account Review & Potential Action Repeated violations of this policy may lead to a review of the dealer's account and could result in temporary or permanent suspension from Write USA and the Wholesale program. We take this matter seriously to ensure fair and equitable treatment for all our wholesale partners.
