Write USA utilizes UPS® and FedEx® for wholesale shipments. Other shipping methods may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval depending on destination, order value, and volume. To request alternate arrangements or a custom shipping quote, please contact your sales representative or the Write USA Sales team directly.
Shipping charges for wholesale orders are calculated based on the shipping carrier preference, order weight, and destination.
A shipping label must be provided promptly in order to process the order in a timely manner.
If using Write USA’s shipping: Shipping charges based on carrier rates will appear on your invoice.
Your shipping preference is typically preselected during the order entry process. If it appears incorrect or needs to be changed, please contact your sales rep or the Write USA Sales Department before submitting the order for review.
Please note: Free shipping promotions offered on the consumer websites of our distributed brands do not apply to wholesale or dealer orders placed through Write USA.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation or after payment is received (depending on your payment terms). Processing times may vary during peak seasons or for large-volume orders. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT may require an additional business day for processing. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing times.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor delivery through the proper shipping carrier.
Note: Delivery timelines begin once the order has shipped. Write USA is not responsible for carrier delays and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Write USA will not be shipping on the following dates in 2025. Similarly, certain shipping carriers are also not expected to make deliveries on those dates. (Refer to the carrier's holiday schedule for accurate details.) Please place orders accordingly. Orders submitted during or near these dates will be processed once shipping resumes on the following business day*

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update the address prior to confirming your order or prior to shipment. Once an order ships, we cannot guarantee rerouting through the carrier. Orders delivered to an incorrect address are not eligible for reimbursement. If the order is returned to us, reshipping will incur an additional charge.
Returns for wholesale orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If your order arrives damaged or includes defective items, please notify us within 10 business days of delivery. Photo documentation may be requested.
Write USA may issue a return label at no cost for items approved under warranty or due to shipping error. For standard returns (e.g., overstock, incorrect ordering), Write USA may accept a return and crediting the dealer's wholesale account; dealers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note: All returns are subject to approval and may be reviewed based on the quantity of items, their condition, and other relevant factors. We reserve the right to deny or adjust returns that do not meet these criteria.
