Dealer Order Terms

By placing an order through this portal, via email, or any other method, you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions as outlined below. These terms ensure smooth processing, clear communication, and mutual understanding as we work together to bring all available brands under our distribution to your customers.

Payment/Terms

• Credit Card, ACH, or Wire Payment - payment required prior to shipping order for first 6 months on all new accounts.We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

• Net 30 Terms - available with approved credit after 6 months.

• COD - not available.

Shipping

FOB: Richardson, TX.

Method: Orders will ship UPS ground, unless otherwise specified on purchase order.

Charges: All shipping charges will be billed and added to the invoice. 

Ship to Address: Orders will be shipped to address listed on purchase order, unless otherwise specified.

Minimums

Minimum Order and Reorder Amount - $300

If there is an issues, you may: 

  • Call us at 202-407-6382 to place your order over the phone

If you have a territory rep, please send orders to your Sales Rep or CC them on the purchase order.

Note: Email and portal orders help reduce entry errors and streamline fulfillment.

Backorders

Items that are unavailable at time of order will be placed on backorder and shipped at the customer’s expense once available.  - To cancel backorders, please include a note on your PO.

Retail Price Policy

Write USA is committed to protecting the brand image for our brands and all products. To insure that our image maintains a positive positioning in the marketplace, we have set forth the following guidelines concerning retail pricing:

  • Current active items are allowed a discount up to 20% BUT NO MORE... not even a penny.
  • Tornado Poppers are not allowed any discount until one year after release.
  • Any discontinued items have no retail price constraints.
