Retro 1951, Inc. offers a One-Year Warranty on all Retro51 writing instruments to the original consumer.
Products should not be returned to the retailer from whom it was purchased. Retro51 will handle warranty claims directly.
Parker warrants to the original end user purchaser that its Parker pen purchased in the United States of America (“Product(s)”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever occurs later).
Waterman warrants to the original end user purchaser that its Parker pen purchased in the United States of America (“Product(s)”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever occurs later).
Your rOtring® writing or drawing instrument is guaranteed for two years from the date of original purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. If found to be defective within the warranty period, your rOtring® product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
We work closely with Pularys to offer a warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. If your Pularys leather product exhibits any such defects during this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to the customer.
