Write USA, as the authorized U.S. Distributor for Pularys, stands behind the craftsmanship of Pularys products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. To demonstrate our dedication to quality and customer service, we offer a comprehensive 2-year warranty on all Pularys Leather Goods and more.
This warranty period commences from the customer’s original date of purchase. If a Pularys product exhibits any such covered defect during this time, Write USA is committed to repairing or replacing the item at absolutely no cost to the customer.
Scope and Limitations of the Warranty
Please note that this warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing defects. Coverage does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, or improper care of the product. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, which includes the natural aging, softening, or minor surface scratching that occurs with use of leather goods. Any modifications made to the item by unauthorized parties will immediately void the warranty, and the product will not be eligible for coverage under this guarantee.

Our team will assess the information provided. If deemed eligible, Write USA will manage the replacement process directly with the Dealer/Retailer OR with the customer if requested.
